Faith was kept in a backyard in a 12x12 dog pen,

 slowly wasting away.A neighbor noticed that faith wasn’t

being fed or taken care of properly so she tried to feed

her.

 The owner charged her $50 to buy her. The kind neighbor,

 being on a strict budget, dug up the money and took her.

She quickly realized although she was trying to do

the right thing, she just couldn’t take care of her.

The neighbor called us and that’show we got Faith.

 Faith holds a special place in our hearts.

 We thought we were going to lose her.

Shes beautiful inside and out.

Faith is very leary of humans and has trust issues,

but shes doing much better.  

She is a 3 year old breeding stock paint.

It will take a good 8 months to get

Faith were she needs to be mentally and

physically before she goes to her new home.

 Faith will have to choose her person as we

think she will

be a one person horse.

11/24/08 UPDATE

Faith is doing wonderful.  She shines like a

copper penny. She has come far since April.

We are having to move slow with faith in getting her

under saddle, as she was abused by her former

owner. Altho she is physically ready to be adopted,

she not emotionally ready yet. Faith has stolen

the hearty of many people, but its going to take

that ONE person to understand her and steal HER heart.
