Jesse was surrendered to us the beginning of Feb 2009.  Due to financial difficulties his owner could no longer care for him.

UPDATE 4-6-09:

Jesse is doing wonderful. He has gained over 100 pounds and is on his way to a full recovery. His teeth have been floated and the vet says he is around 11 yrs old. We will be having a chiropractor evaluate him and when we get the vets okay we will ride him.

Good news: We already have a potential adopter looking at Jesse.
